need a big change,even reseting the whole memory , formatting the operating system and install a new version which requires loss of entire data...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can't u be able to save it on a cd or pendrive first? hope you can do that and hope your problem is solved by the time u get this comment. :)
yeah...that'a an option but you sometimes prefer to lose some data intentionally...
because you think you may then be able to compromise or forget easier...
I wish the problem being solved by the end of my life,still will be happy!!!!!
