Had a fucking slight fight with the HOD....he is the perfect asshole in the world of Chemistry. I have decided to make a complaint and submit it somewhere, and I don't care what is gonna happen next!!!

He accused me of always blaming the system and I couldn't reply which system do you mean, is there any?
Is this the system that to submit a simple thing I have to run min. 100 times between the dept. and PhD section?
Is this the system where no one knows what documents I need to submit exactly and there are number of ideas equal to the number of employees?
Is this the system where everyone cares with whom I have completed my research than how?
....
Anyway, what remains for me is his nasty face calling me the most unwise PhD student who has always asked him to follow my paper-work and he in turn has just helped me through always!

I am just speechless and very very very much angry of what I would have told in his fucking face, but I didn't just because he is the HOD and at the end of the day I will need his signature.
